How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same working day. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days; express arrives the next working day.
Can I try a fragrance before buying a full bottle?
Yes. Every order includes two free samples, and our discovery set contains eight signatures with a voucher towards a full bottle.
What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Extrait?
Concentration. Our Eaux de Parfum contain around 18% perfume oil; our Extraits contain up to 30%, so they wear closer to the skin and last longer.
How should I store my perfume?
Away from light, heat and humidity — a drawer or cupboard is ideal. The bathroom is the worst place for a fragrance.
Can I return an opened bottle?
Yes. If you are not in love with your fragrance, return it within 30 days — even opened — for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is wrapped by hand with ribbon and can include a handwritten card. Add your message at checkout.
